Defective Items:

If you believe your item is defective, please report the issue within seven (7) days from the date of receipt by emailing the details to playbookstoreph@gmail.com

Eligibility for Return:

Only items confirmed as defective by our Technical Support Team are eligible for return or exchange. Please note, replacements or exchanges due to a change of mind are not permitted.

Condition of Returned Items:

To qualify for a return, the defective item must be in its original delivery condition, including all original packaging (such as manuals, accessories, and other inclusions), in pristine physical condition. Please ensure to include the original Sales Invoice.

Return Process:

If instructed to return the defective item, you may send it back through the nearest Playbookstore branch. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Playbookstore is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
